Good news for North Carolina teachers.
It's absolutely illegal and unconstitutional to single out teachers to be denied due process rights to employment while allowing it for other public employees.
We all know, or should know, it is very easy for principals to fire teachers. They can make up charges and know the districts will support them to the point the hearings are rigged.
Few teachers opt for the rigged hearings.
