The district should have fired this teacher and any administrator who allowed this type of child abuse to occur.
You never, ever deny kids bathroom breaks. If they abuse the privilege, those kids can be put on a timer with consequences if they don't get back in time. I have seen it done, and it works.
A teacher should never, ever use bathroom breaks as part of a rewards system like paying for the privilege of using it. That is just sadistic.
The teacher is probably related to somebody higher up in the district.
I get shitcanned over a petty thing that amounts to a clerical issue, yet this child abuser is allowed to teach. Go figure.
