The STEM "issue" was always a phony baloney issue and peddled by Gates and company in an attempt to increase the number of H1Bs in the U.S. and lower salaries for STEM occupations. The fact of the matter is there is NO shortage of people in the STEM occupations. Furthermore, there should be a nationwide moratorium placed on education schools to freeze enrollment since there is NO shortage of teachers in ANY field. There are so many teachers out of work and can't find anything, why are we training more people to go into a field where they can't find jobs in any subject area, at any grade level?
