At least one prominent person is saying the trustee recall will possibly take place after November's elections.
To call the Board "dysfunctional" is probably an understatement.
The district won a national award for "fiscal responsibility"--this was before all of the debacle with Pedro Martinez.
It's a safe bet WCSD won't win any fiscal award anytime in the near future.
