After all, a similar thing happened there with a principal I used to have, and he was merely demoted for three years and then this year promoted to be a site administrator over at Incline High School.
This guy should seriously look into applying there. The district simply looks the other way.
Of course the AP who was screwing the principal got "reassigned." She should have been fired like this principal should have been instead of allowed to "resign" or "retire" and get paid for the rest of the school year.
This is the very definition of sexual harassment. A subordinate can't really "consent" to a relationship given the fact the superior has ironclad ability to destroy that subordinate's career. It's grounds for license sanctions in many states and certainly firings.
