The Board of Trustees today voted to approve a settlement with the Nevada Attorney General to each pay out of their own pockets $1500 because they violated the state's Open Meeting Law when they tried to dump Superintendent Pedro Martinez without the public knowing about it. Each of the six responsible are paying a fine of $250 each for each of the six counts in the AG's complaint.
