No matter how much Arne Duncan is despised in the Department of Education, no matter how utterly corrupt, wrongheaded, and absolutely ILLEGAL his policies are, Obama won't get rid of him.
More proof Obama is nothing more than an old-line crooked Chicago pol.
Morale at the department is absolutely shot because these idiots at the top are totally bought and paid for by billionaires and Wall Street and don't give a shit about teachers or public education. People unhappy with the DOE don't dare say anything for fear of future job prospects.
