According to this, a Nevada legislator is drafting a bill that would eliminate collective bargaining for administrators, hopefully including principals.
If principals didn't have it and could be let go for any reason, I strongly suspect principals would start treating teachers much better.
Teachers should still have that right, however. They have precious few rights as it is.
