When you are talking public health, you goddamned quack, there is NO freedom of choice when your actions affect others. Of course "libertarian" ideas appeal to those who are either sociopaths, greedy individuals, or people who never grew up.
There is not one single issue where these extremists have the correct opinion. Not a single issue.
