We all know that former president Ronald Reagan suffered for many years from Alzheimer's disease, but did it start as early as his presidency?
Those questions were asked for years because once in awhile he would say things or do things that were frankly bizarre. The truth of the matter is he was just a figurehead, especially in his second term, with his job actually being done by the two Bakers: Howard for domestic and James for foreign policy.
