Obituary: Actress Betsy von Furstenberg, 83, has died.
She appeared in many television shows in the 1950s and 1960s, and she substituted for soap opera actress Eileen Fulton when Fulton was off As the World Turns back in the 1980s.
Fulton eventually returned to her role.
