A guy tries to impose himself on young women's locker rooms.
It is all about these delusional guys thinking they are "validated" by invading women's spaces, or they are literally getting their freak on being there.
First of all, there should not be a school board policy that uses the term "gender" in place of the term "sex." Using the term "sex" would take care of it because sex is pretty much clear-cut apart from the very rare birth defects. "Gender" refers only to sex-role stereotypes and is so vague as to be meaningless.
This kid doesn't even come close to looking anywhere near female. He has a lot of nerve thinking he belongs in there. He doesn't get the term "sexual harassment" at all:
