Courts from all over the country should rule against the existence of charter schools because for all intents and purposes they are PRIVATE schools designed to steal money from public schools.
The decision was 6-3 overturning the charter law "voters" put in a couple of years ago thanks to piles of billionaire and "reformer" money.
Charters are junk schools. They are no better than public schools, just as regular private schools are no better.
