It looks like the case of the principal who sued WCSD is being appealed to the state supreme court, apparently by WCSD.
If a parent sues a school district, it will drag the case out 2 to 5 years before the pretrial settlement, but if it is an employee, the district will fight the suit to the death.
Hearing what I have heard about this particular person, the district might have been justified in kicking her to the curb.
