The Media Are a Total Disgrace

I am referring to the hype surrounding the tragedy in Orlando this past weekend. The more time goes on, the more it becomes clear this case, as horrid as it is, is not a "terrorist" act or even a hate crime. This is the classic mass murdering nutcase who felt rejected by others and lashed out violently, thanks to having easy access to assault weapons.

Not only is this not a hate crime, but it appears that Omar Mateen was a gay guy who regularly hung out at this particular nightclub.

So what does this tell you? He was another reject, another Elliot Rodger, a guy who was totally screwed up in the head.

The only difference between him and Rodger was Mateen did his killings on a much grander scale.

But hey, CNN was pushing the "terrorist" line. And why was that? In order to keep pushing for the election of a billionaire madman--aren't they all--for president.

It is a complete and total disgrace.

Omar Mateen, the gunman who murdered 49 people in an Orlando gay club early Sunday morning, was a gay man himself according to multiple people who knew and had met the man.

A gay man who attended the police academy in 2006 with Mateen said that the pair went out to gay bars and that at one point Mateen told the man he wanted to pursue a relationship.

Meanwhile, multiple people are now coming forward to say that they had spoken with Mateen on gay hookup apps including Grindr and Jack'd.

The attack, which many assumed was an act of Islamic extremism, now appears to possibly be tied to Mateen's own shame over his sexuality and investigators are now looking into this internal conflict as a possibly motive.

Another damned loser like Rodger, like Charles Whitman, like Jared Lee Loughner, like James Eagan Holmes. All of them screwed up, all of them lashed out.

All of them leaving destroyed lives in their wake, all because they had easy access to weapons instead of being institutionalized.
