That is why I didn't blog today. The big story, of course, is that Bernie Sanders has wholeheartedly endorsed Hillary Clinton, thus hopefully ending all of the bullshit of the past few months.
As for me, I was having leg cramps so bad from chair that I just decided to lie on the couch most of the day.
I got one of those desk cycles, which can be used as a hand cycle. That is what I did tonight. I can alternate between doing that and the weights.
