How in the HELL did the Trump campaign get to be this negligent?

You can say this about southern Oregon in general. The decision was made by business and by political bigwigs some fifty years ago to turn the area into a retirement destination for wealthy retirees, especially from California. It has been a boon for the medical sector, but it is a disaster for anybody else trying to earn a living.
I am lucky I found anything at all up here.
