We can't give up hope, although changing the EC results is a longshot at best, plus you have to worry about all of the white dude idiots who would take arms and go to the streets.
Years ago, Maryland anticipated what we have now and had its electors vote the way the popular vote went.
I am sure this law was put in after the travesty of election 2000.
