Not good news.
The HPV vaccine should be available to all people who do not have the virus yet regardless of age. "Eligibility" is a bunch of bullshit that assumes people are screwing everything in sight, and it is putting millions of people at unnecessary risk.
It is just that insurance companies will not pay for anybody past the "eligibility age," and that is why it is harder for older people to get the expensive HPV vaccine.
