Obituary: Actor Robert Dowdell, 85, known for his work on the 1960s series Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, died last week.
The actor died Tuesday January 23, 2018, of natural causes in Coldwater, Michigan, family spokeswoman Diane Kachmar told The Hollywood Reporter._____
Dowdell had a supporting role on the TV western series “Stoney Burke,” He played Cody Bristol, the sidekick of Jack Lord’s character on the series that ran from 1962-1963. Warren Oates and Bruce Dern were also regulars on the series.
He played lieutenant commander Chip Morton on Irwin Allen’s popular sci-fi series “Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.” The show ran from 1964 until 1968.
Voters have really fucked this country up. The GOP has been for some time rotted from within, and now it is in terminal rot.
