Still no official announcement of the death of Kris Harmon Nelson, who died Thursday at the age of 72. I did, however, find this article from over a year ago about the estrangement between her and her brother, Mark. The bad blood between the two apparently spanned decades.
According to the article, Nelson had health problems for a number of years and was nearly destitute.
