No way should cheating of any kind be allowed in sports. So-called transgenders should be legally barred to compete against people of the opposite sex, as these mostly dudes (though some females doped on testosterone have been allowed to compete with fellow women--also blatant cheating) have a huge physical advantage over females.
You want to compete? Compete with your own sex and not dope up.
