Obituary: Alene Duerk, the first woman rear admiral of the U.S. Navy, has died at the age of 98. She died July 21.

Since it is a brief work, I think I have downloaded the Solanis book already, but I will have to look into it. It is one of the few feminist works of that era that I have not yet read.
It is entirely possible she wasn't sincere in her "manifesto."
