This is the biggest load of shit ever.  It was written when I was going through the change, and what she talks about has utterly no relevance to what I went through.

I wasn't feeling "lonely" that I didn't have some entitled manbaby around to whine he wasn't getting the sex he thought he deserved.  My menopause was extremely trouble free.  I had most of the symptoms, the worst being the weight gain/fat redistribution around the waist and especially the brain fog, and almost all these symptoms declined after a few years.  They never debilitated me at all.  Many women aren't so lucky, but I think the worst thing for most of them is having some entitled male partner around who cannot understand it and thinks he is entitled to sex.

Women sometimes go so far as to have this mutilation.  Sometimes it is done for reasons of incontinence, but mostly it is done in order to "keep" a man by being "tight." This description of the procedures by a manufacturer is nothing short of horrifying.

The only difference between this and the FGM in a few developing nations is only a matter of degree.
