When it comes to crossdressing men, Ed Razek of Victoria's Secret is on solid legal ground.  His explanation isn't really good on the trans issue, but I will just say this:  The fashion, modeling, acting, and similar industries CAN discriminate against men (or women) and make being a man or a woman, male or a female, a requirement to perform those particular jobs.  It is legal, and it has been legal for many decades.  It is called a "bona fide job requirement." VS is wrong on the plus size issue only because they are jettisoning a huge potential customer base.  Few women are tiny in size, especially the older they get.

However, you have entitled crossdressing men like Greg "Gigi Gorgeous" Lazzarato throwing a hissy fit because what VS says is basically men like him don't pass and certainly can't model women's lingerie.  To be blunt, women don't want to see male crossdressers wearing feminine clothing if they are considering purchasing such clothing.  The clothes would not look right on a man thanks to male skeletal structure being completely different from women's.  Contrary to the delusional crowd, one cannot change sex, and one of the reasons is the bone structure is impossible to alter.  Lazzarato wasted tens of thousands of dollars on cosmetic surgery, and all for nothing.  It upsets him and triggers his narcissistic rage and male entitlement to be told in so many words he doesn't "pass."  And he doesn't.  None of these men ever do.
