No, I don't think expectant parents have a right to know the sex of the child they are having. It shouldn't be allowed at all given the fact there is a giant imbalance between the sexes worldwide.
Of course, laws against infanticide should be strengthened. We need to stop with the attitude that boys are somehow better.
