I decided to make a prediction for this year's Eclipse Awards for Horse of the Year 2018. I just received today my vintage 1959 Tudor electric horse racing game. It was the same outfit that also made the popular--and infuriating--electric football games. One of the plastic horse pieces--not the bottom--is missing, but these can be found on eBay.
The horses:
Green--Justify, the 13 Triple Crown winner
Red--Accelerate, the 2018 Breeders' Cup Classic winner and winner of several Grade 1 races
Yellow (and backward until I fixed it)--Monomoy Girl, winner of the 2018 Breeders' Cup Distaff
The "race":
The real contest will be decided later this month. Here is an article about it from a week ago.
