It took forever to bury the Godfather of Soul,  James Brown, but now some of his family members and friends want to dig him up again and have an autopsy performed.  According to the Daily Mail, a number of family members believe he was murdered.

At least 13 people close to the legendary singer have demanded an autopsy on his body, refusing to believe his death at an Atlanta hospital aged 73 in 2006 was due to natural causes.

Brown's official cause of death was listed as a heart attack and fluid in the lungs. But even the doctor who signed his death certificate doubts that's what really happened to him.

Dr Marvin Crawford, who signed Brown's death certificate, told CNN: 'He changed too fast. He was a patient I would never have predicted would have coded. But he died that night, and I did raise that question: What went wrong in that room?'

Now his widow, children, friends and business associates are pushing for a criminal investigation into his death on Christmas Day 13 years ago.

Obituary:  One of Elvis Presley's closest friends, George Klein, has died.  He was 83 years old.

George Klein met Elvis Presley when the two were students at Humes High School.

"Elvis was the only kid in school that could sing,” said Klein. "I was really lucky because his mother liked me."

Others argue at the time it was Elvis who was the lucky one. Klein was the class president, the guy the would-be 'king,' looked up to. Years later, it was Elvis who stole the spotlight, recording songs at Sun Records.

"So Elvis goes into 'That's Alright Mama' and man he took off like fireworks! Sam said, 'son, I think you got something,”” said Klein.

Klein certainly didn't watch from afar. He had a long and successful career as a Memphis radio DJ and TV personality, hitting the airwaves in 1957.

"What a ride it was!"
