Let me guess: the author is either a postmodernist where words mean nothing or else she is a queer theory professor. The article is a travesty. Men are not women and never will be women. Nobody changes sex--it is impossible. A woman is not a feeling in a man's head. A woman has xx-chromosomes and is an adult human female. A man is an adult human male with xy chromosomes. There is nothing any author can do to change this reality. I feel this is flat-earth thinking, and it does not belong in any reputable newspaper.

I can't believe there are judges around who think that sex is somehow a "right."

There is no "implied consent" just because you sign a marriage certificate.

I never believed people were having sex all that much.  Real life gets in the way.  People tend to lie about it thinking they are supposed to be having it more than they actually are.

Defined benefit plans, teacher or no, are always superior to 401(k)s.  It is intellectually dishonest to pretend defined benefit plans are worse.
