Menopause is a natural process of life, not a disease that should be avoided at all costs.
HRT, for example, if taken at all, and most women don't need it, should be used in the smallest dose for the shortest time possible. Yet I will read or watch on YouTube bullshit from so-called doctors who advocate women continue to take HRT as a "preventative" for diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's, and osteoporosis, to name a few. This is irresponsible in the extreme, and doctors who advocate for this should have their licenses pulled. The fact is there are problems taking hormones long term.
This "HRT for all and forever" nonsense taps into women's insecurities about getting older and no longer being considered "fuckable" for some idiot man.
