The Equality Act ensures any man at all will have the right to access not only women’s changing rooms, anytime he likes, so long as he says he is a woman, but women’s sports teams, prisons and shelters. And women will have no recourse at all, as any complaint will amount to discrimination based on gender identity.
I couldn’t have possibly dreamed up a better way to roll back every gain women fought for over the past century. And the Democrats — the party meant to advocate social justice — are, apparently, on board.

The infiltration of queer theory into national politics, both here and abroad, threatens to destroy the political left. In the UK, some LGBs are looking for alternatives to groups hijacked by transgenderism.
In a letter to The Sunday Times, 22 signatories including Simon Fanshawe, who co-founded Stonewall in 1989, said it had “undermined women’s sex-based rights and protections”. They are most worried primary school children are too quickly challenged to review their gender identity.
They state: “If Stonewall remains intransigent, there must surely now be an opening for a new organisation committed both to freedom of speech and to fact instead of fantasy.” It has the working title LGB Alliance.

“If Stonewall can’t defend lesbians then we will have to look at setting up an organisation that will. A number of us are discussing that. This is heartbreaking.”
He said many rights won by women were based on their sex, or reproductive status, but Stonewall failed to recognise this: “You can’t self-ID out of female genital mutilation — that happens because you are a woman. Your access to abortion and getting pregnant — that happens because you are a woman. Stonewall has confused it with questions of social identity. And then you start to make bad law.”
Stonewall, however, remains unpersuaded and is hellbent on promoting woman-hatred under the guise of "tolerance" and "identity politics."

In August, a Siena College poll showed that he was less popular in deep-blue New York State than Donald Trump. I mean 76 percent of New Yorkers didn’t want him to run for president. Vox did an explainer called “Why Bill de Blasio is so hated, explained,” while 538 added, helpfully, “probably de Blasio’s biggest problem was simply that Democratic voters did not like him, which is quite an unusual place to be among voters of one’s own party.”_____
But luckily for those of us who enjoy political hijinks, he persisted and hilarity ensued.
On life support: NJ Senator Cory Booker's presidential campaign, which is all but over with, thank God. Not only is he a crackpot with his veganism, which has rotted his brain, but he has some horrendous ideas and policies over the years he has been in public life. His views on education disqualify him from any national office.
