More testing results are coming in, and therefore the total cases in the U.S. have jumped to over 16,000 this morning. It'll probably exceed 20,000 by the end of the day. The deaths have inched very slowly, to 219 this morning.
It is now at 5 p.m. PDT, and the figure is now at 19,300 with 257 deaths. I fully expect it to hit 20k before the night is over.
