I agree with Andrew Cuomo regarding overreach by some like De Blasio and the mayor of San Francisco.  Those are clear violations of civil rights when there is not that huge a threat to the population as a whole.  De Blasio hasn't called for a total lockdown because he doesn't have the power; I doubt the S.F. mayor does, either.  It simply isn't justified as of yet.
