I always get suspicious of people who diagnose others they have never examined, and frankly, Trump is no worse than Charles Koch. Koch, a case of somebody with real NPD, has done way more damage because he is sneaky about it.
Trump may be a "malignant narcissist," but he also is somebody who never had any business whatsoever running for president, let alone be elected.
