Good on Oregon, which has fewer than 1,000 reported COVID-19 cases so far, to send ventilators to New York, which has 113,000 cases so far, with many fatalities.
Oregon has not exploded in reported cases the way neighboring states Washington and California have. Yet there are some who hate Governor Kate Brown no matter what she does. People cannot see anything past their noses. They would rather hoard the supplies and let people in other states die. Pretty fucked up.

In my locale, Jackson County, Oregon, it is reported it is one of the most tested counties in the state. So far there are 29 confirmed cases of the coronavirus.
