Obituary:  Actor Hagen Mills, 29, committed suicide after attempting to murder his former partner.  Failing that, he turned the gun on himself.


Hollywood actor Hagen Mills is dead following an 'attempted murder-suicide' in his native Kentucky.

The 29-year-old actor, who appeared in the hit FX series Baskets, reportedly tried to kill former partner Erica Price, 34, at her residence in Mayfield on Tuesday evening.

Price was allegedly shot by Mills in both the arm and chest but managed to survive and call police. Mills subsequently turned the gun on himself and committed suicide.

According to The West Kentucky Star, Price is the mother of Mills' four-year-old daughter, Mila.

Another obituary:  Annie Glenn, 100, widow of astronaut and senator John Glenn, has died.  She died from COVID-19 complications:

Annie Glenn struggled with a chronic stutter and sometimes had to write notes to others instead of speaking. She bravely went on the campaign trail for her husband John in 1964 when he ran for the senate. In 1973, then in her 50s, she underwent a new treatment at the Communications Research Institute, curing her stutter. She devoted herself to helping those with a stutter and other disabilities. She was awarded by the American Speech and Hearing Association in 1983 for “providing an inspiring model for people with communicative disorders.”

Yet another death to note:  Evangelist Ravi Zacharias, 74, a fixture on shows like Jim Bakker's program, has died after a brief bout with sarcoma.
