Some Monday Reads

Corporations and outfits like the ACLU have absolutely no business fostering this horseshit of "transgenderism," which relies on quack treatments which amount to Josef Mengele-style eugenics.  It makes you wonder if these outfits and people have a clue WHAT they are supporting and WHOSE "rights" they are backing.  I will tell you:  They support the 21st century version of lobotomies.  These "trans" are either people with distorted body images or they are outright perverts, as in the case of so-called autogynephiles, better known as transvestites and crossdressers.

These trans target feminists--the real ones--because feminists have been onto their little scheme and scam from the beginning, and when I saw beginning, I mean at least FIFTY years ago.

THAT is why the attempt to silence the truth, especially by women.

Along those lines, this column is positively barf-inducing.

A certain Italian designer decides to be the "official" designer of women of the Trump cult.:

Instead of disavowing this Trumpian connection — or carefully ignoring it — the brand has embraced it with social media glee. This, too, is virtually unheard of in fashion. It might even be considered reckless in these dire and politicized times. More than half of the country disapproves of the president’s handling of a job that is now defined by the pandemic, the tanking economy and calls for racial justice.

...

The Trump association is highlighted by Anthony Vecchione, who owns the New York sales showroom of Chiara Boni USA. He is friendly with many of the high-profile women who inhabit Trump-ville — Jeanine Pirro, Lara Trump, Kimberly Guilfoyle — and regularly posts pictures of himself alongside them and dutifully tags the fashion brand for emphasis.

Women, no matter what their financial status, shouldn't be obsessing over goddamned clothes in the first place.  How stupid and wasteful.

Now THIS is interesting:

Former Ohio Gov. John Kasich, a Republican and frequent Trump critic, has been approached and is expected to speak at the Democratic National Convention on Biden’s behalf next month, according to a person with direct knowledge of the plans who insisted on anonymity to discuss strategy. Kasich is among a handful of high-profile Republicans likely to become more active in supporting Biden in the fall.

Trump, meanwhile, is doing virtually nothing to expand his appeal beyond his most loyal supporters. Some GOP operatives believe the suburbs are lost while a contingent of high-profile Republicans are openly questioning the president’s reelection message. In an acknowledgment of the mounting challenges, Trump named a new campaign manager last week.

Let the conspiracy theories begin:

The person suspected of shooting the husband and son of US District Court of New Jersey Esther Salas on Sunday at her North Brunswick home has died of what is believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to two law enforcement sources.

Daniel Anderl, a 20-year-old student at Catholic University, was killed in the shooting, and Mark Anderl, the judge's husband and a defense attorney, was injured, according to Chief Judge Freda Wolfson. Salas was unharmed, Wolfson said.

Mark Anderl is in stable condition and "seems to be OK," said Carlos Salas, the judge's brother.

It was later revealed this guy was a longtime MRA nutcase.
