Sept. 8 Reads

 The latest advice on HRT, at least from a few months ago is basically don't go on it unless you have to, and certainly don't go on it as a disease preventative.

A fire has erupted 20 or so miles from where I live, up in Ashland, Oregon, and the valley is full of smoke.  It doesn't help there have been wind gusts since early this morning.
