Trump has no intention of conceding the election.
It isn't required anyway; it is just tradition and courtesy. Trump if anything lacks courtesy.

Obituary: Noted televangelist Irvin Baxter, Jr., who hinted at the possibility that French president Macron might be the anti-Christ but didn't live long enough to find out for sure, died on Tuesday of COVID-19 complications. He was 75 years old.
Baxter was a regular guest on the Jim Bakker Show giving his prophecies which likely didn't come true.
He must have had a very bad case of the virus, plus had underlying medical conditions, to have died a week after being diagnosed.
Baxter, who also hosted the radio show “Politics and Religion on National Prophecy,” became a pastor at age 26 and led Oak Park Church in Richmond, Indiana, for decades. He also founded Endtime Magazine and wrote the conservative book “A Message to the President” in 1986.______
