Democrats should be careful for what they wish for when it comes to the filibuster.
I believe the filibuster should remain, but it should be used as originally intended instead of this 60-vote cloture horseshit. Senators should literally have to talk and talk and talk in order to defeat legislation.
McConnell and company abused it so that the minority would always veto the majority.

Section 9675 of the 628-page legislation changes the tax treatment of student loan forgiveness in 2021 through 2025, inclusive.
The legislation excludes from income the full or partial discharge of student loan debt, making it tax-free.
