A few blue states lost congressional seats thanks to the latest census, but states like Oregon did gain a seat. Oregon's will have six congressional seats.
The question is where the lines will be drawn. I wish to hell Jackson County would go back into District 4 like it was pre-1980. It is currently heavily Democratic thanks to Eugene-Springfield. I hate the current setup, which is as bad as Nevada's second district.
