Another very cold case, this one from 1995 in Texas, appears to have been solved. The killer and the victim apparently went to high school at the same time:
Beaumont police have charged Clayton Bernard Foreman, 61, with capital murder in the 1995 death of Mary Catherine Edwards.
The two were high school classmates in Beaumont with Foreman graduating in 1978 and Edwards in 1981.
Investigators have assumed all along that she knew her killer because there was no sign of a break-in at her west end townhome.
Female weightlifters competing in this year's Tokyo Olympics need to walk out in protest against this male cheater.
There is no point in sugarcoating it. If women don't protest, they are contributing to the demise of women's sports.
