The USSC refused to hear a case concerned women and draft, noting the matter is best left to Congress.
It's all bogus nonsense anyway because there hasn't been a draft in this country since the Vietnam War era, some fifty years ago. There may never be one again. It's kind of dumb to make anybody have to register for it given it hasn't been used in decades.
The interesting note here is the original lawsuit was filed by MRA attorney Marc Angelucci, who was later murdered allegedly by the crackpot attorney Roy Den Hollander, who also allegedly killed the son of a judge before driving up to upstate New York and killing himself.
