 Good news out of Kentucky, as legislation advances there to preserve the letter and intent of Title IX by banning male cheaters from sports designed for women and girls.  It needs to be expanded beyond K-12, however.

Iowa and Georgia are also forwarding legislation to preserve the letter and intent of Title IX, which became law fifty years ago this year.
