The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals desperately wanted to uphold the hack federal judge's order to ban mifepristone outright, but they couldn't because because the statute of limitations had long since passed, some 16 years past. However, it said the current regulations regarding it were null and void.
Which of course means that this nonsense will ultimately go to the USSC.
Meanwhile, the antiabortion nutters have really and truly pissed off Big Pharma by going after a long-approved, very safe medication.
I don't think the nutcases care. They just want to force the patriarchal family down the throats of women whether they want it or not. The antiabortion movement and their actions are just forms of rape culture.
