Judge tells Montana legislator Zack Raasch, aka "Zooey Zephyr," to go pound sand.
Snip:
District Court Judge Mike Menahan said it was outside his authority to overrule lawmakers who voted last week to exclude Zephyr from the House floor and debates. He cited the importance of preserving the Constitution’s separation of powers between the legislative, executive and judicial branches.
“Plaintiffs’ requested relief would require this Court to interfere with legislative authority in a manner that exceeds this Court’s authority,” Menahan wrote in his ruling.

More crocodile tears were shed by Sam Alito, who is grieving because he destroyed the Supreme Court's already shaky reputation.
The court was already on the ropes with Jones v. Clinton and Bush v. Gore under the Rehnquist court, and it has gotten much worse with the Roberts court

The GOP is being called out for not just shedding crocodile tears for those people who supposedly didn't need relief from the crushing debt of student loans, but for flat-out lying about a lender who wouldn't be hurt under the Biden student loan forgiveness program, but instead would actually be making more money from it.

And finally, more and more MRA types such as "conservative" talking heads and YouTubers are railing and crying crocodile tears against no-fault divorce in order to force women to stay in abusive relationships with men.
Sorry, dudes, but the 1950s are dead and gone and good riddance.
Texas is being used as a lab rat to see if these woman haters can get away with making it harder for women to leave them.
