 The Ohio Supreme Court will probably back off regarding abortion until after the November election, where the constitutional amendment enshrining abortion rights will likely pass.

Meanwhile, it isn't unheard of for 13-year-old girls to have babies as a result of rape--which all sexual contact at that age is--but it doesn't matter to the antiabortion wackos.  To them, women can't possibly get pregnant as a result of rape.

Now this is what the USSC should have done in June with the first Biden student loan forgiveness case.  There was no standing at all there, just as there is here.

His administration has already started forgiving loans from over 800,000 debtors.  I will be surprised if I am included in that total.
