Our court system is completely and totally fucked up corrupt. Because Biden is a Democrat, Republican-dominated courts are now saying he has no right to forgive student loans. It is an illegitimate ruling, just like the USSC's was on this issue back in June.
And of course, the assholes from the Koch bunch of corrupt "think tanks" like Cato want to completely gut any forgiveness plans Biden purposes. They have no standing to sue, but, as we have seen in the USSC June decision, it doesn't matter. The USSC can literally veto laws it doesn't like because Leonard Leo and his backers don't like them. It is an outrage, of course.
It is so transparent. They are illegitimately using the courts to override presidential decisions illegitimately. The courts are being used as an extra-legislative tool.
This has to stop.
