Not only is it Martin Luther King, Jr. Day it is also my birthday. I can't believe I have made it this many years, but I have been set back with sciatica pain. I am going to try and get a doctor appointment tomorrow to handle this thing. The pain is off and on. Sometimes I can do things almost normally, while other times I can barely move. I injured my left leg on the clubhouse treadmill about a week-and-a-half ago. I missed three days of work last week because of it.

No surprise today as Donald Trump won the Iowa caucuses. Unless he isn't allowed to be on the ballot, ad I don't see that happening, realistically, he will be the nominee. Neither political party is ever going to pass up a current president or a former one, no matter how flawed that candidate. It just doesn't happen.
