Politicians who send women to their deaths because they are pandering to whackos bent on destroying women's rights are actually guilty of murder.
These deaths are totally preventable, but the whackos believe women should be prepared to die for having sex.

Along the same lines is this post noting that there is a dramatic rise in pregnant women dying, and it ain't attributed to the usual thing of male husbands or boyfriends killing them, either.
